No not possible.. You or need a Thunderbolt(2) connection or you need another device for capturing like a decklink card.
But that is not really an option if you have a laptop.(non mac).
The hardware for thunderbolt devices is not going anyware fast on the windows machines..
And USB-C is not yet really supported by BMD.. I have read a few people that tryed to use a USB-C to Thunderbolt converter cable but did not suceed.
So at this moment there is not really a good way for capturing HD content on a Win laptop.. If you are oke with 720P you could use the Webpresenter and use a program like wirecast lite and try to record from there.
