USB 2 compatible with BM Intensity Shuttle USB 3.0?

Is the Black Magic Intensity Shuttle compatible with USB 2? It seems an HP laptop is not detecting it...

I'm not sure what you are trying to do.. As the hardware won't be able to send video on the USB 2 port as it is way to slow.. So yes i do think they disabled it to even get detected on USB 2 ports..
