Hello i would like to know when will be update BMVA4K for 4096x2160 resolution and UHD 3840X2160 60fps?

Not possible, the max the VA4K can record is UHD 30fps, due to its video processor and cooling system.
If you want a 4K recorder, look at the Video Devices PixE monitor/recorder, it comes with either a 5 or 7-inch monitor.

No it wont. Hardware related limitations.
If you want UHD 50/60p you need too look at atomos inferno or pix-E recorders.

Yes, but the PixE only supports 4K and UHD up to 30fps, however it will record 1080 up to 120fps.
