Intensity Shuttle USB3 Not Found By Adobe Premier Elements
Posted: Mon Nov 06, 2017 4:58 pmI have used the Intensity Shuttle in the past to capture live video suing Adobe elements 2013. I have installed adobe Elements 2018 on the same computer. The Blackmagic Desktop Video Setup software seems to be working properly. When I open Elements 2018 the only video source device I have to choose from is the built-in Web cam. I disabled the Web Cam but there is now no media device in the drop-down. I am lost as to what to do next to get the Adobe to recognize my Blackmagic device. Any help will be deeply appreciated.
