Ultrastudio 4K Capture Problem

I am having a problem capturing PAL composite video from VHS, Betamax or Laserdisc. The preview video on the Media Express interface is massively oversaturated. However, when use picture search on the source machine the colour reverts to normal. See attached frame grabs.
HD-SDI, HDMI and Component inputs are fine.
Any advice would be appreciated,
