Micro Studio 4K Camera won't power on

Hi Guys,

For some reason my Micro Studio Camera 4K camera won't power on now. Worked previously and now for whatever reason won't power on now.

Have tried both batteries I own, and neither of them seem to work.

Was wondering if anyone had any ideas why? Or if anyone had any ideas on troubleshooting I can do on my end?

Hello Samuel. For some common things to try would be to remove the batteries and connect the DC Power to the Camera. Then only quickly press the power button once and wait a second or two. Holding down the power button in any case will not cause the camera to power up. If you still have trouble, please contact Support in your region.
