Decklink Mini Monitor 4K preview problem

I just installed this card and set up Resolve 14 Studio to use it for video monitoring with a 1080p timeline.

I can send the HDMI output into my Atomos Ninja Inferno with no problem and it sees it as 1080p 29.97 footage.

My problem is when I connect the same HDMI cable to my Panasonic 42" 1080p Plasma I cannot get a preview on any input.

Any ideas? Thought this would be a product with no issues.

Thanks, Marc

Update: If I switch the Resolve project settings>Master Settings>Video monitoring to HD 1080i 59.94 I get a preview to my Panasonic 1080p Plasma. If I set it to HD 1080p 29.97 I do not get a preview.

My timeline format is set to 1080p 29.97 (using UHD 29.97 footage) so I'm not sure why this is working like this.

On the flip side when I use 24p footage and the set preview to 24p everything works as it should.

Have you considered that your Panasonic might not support this resolution/framerate combination?? ;)

Yes that was it! TV specs say 1080p so I assumed it would work at 30p but turns out only at 24p. Spoke to a very helpful tech person at BMD and they figured it out. Workaround is to view 30p timelines at 1080i 59.94.
