Using adaptor/cable for BMD Intensity Shuttle Thunderbolt

PostMon Nov 27, 2017 9:18 am

Hi There,

I was wondering if anyone could help me. I want to use my BMD Intensity Shuttle Thunderbolt to capture footage, my PC doesn't have a thunderbolt slot but does have a USBc. Is it possible to use a thunderbolt 2 to USBc adaptor/cable? Would just like to know if it's possible before I make the purchase :)

You will need to check if your PC actually supports thunderbolt. Check the usb c port and see if it has the lightning symbol over it. Alternatively, check the documentation for your PC and see what it says. There are also lists of compatible PC's online that you can look up. usb c to thunderbolt adapters are available online, price and quality varies, just hit your search engine of choice.
