Problems: BM UltraStudio 4K 2 / Thunderbolt / Adobe PP CC

Despite a recent update of my mounting computer. Motherboard Asus Z170-Premium and an extra pcie card Asus Thunderbolt EX 3 PCI Express 3.0 x4 Card.
Has my computer been working properly for some time i.c.m. the BM UltraStudio 4K 2, connected to the extra pcie card of Asus. However, since last week, both the card and the BM are no longer recognized by the PC.
Would you like your advice, how to act? And in the Netherlands there is a specialist in this Windows PC i.c.m. Blackmagic products?
