Canon HF R800 no images

Hello, just buy a new camera - Canon HF R800, and i was trying to setup with BM Intensity Shuttle. But the screen just got black, without signal. How can i setup it?

Note: I've been using BM with other cameras, and it's ok. Even using some signal from another laptop. Camera also sent signal to my HDMI on TV.

Your camera does output 1080P50/60 which is not supported by the Intensity shuttle.

Go trough the menu and check if you can find anything called "output resolution settings"
Not to confuse with recording resolution Recording resolution normally does not change the output settings.

So check if it has that. Otherwise your camera is not compatible with your intensity.

And if so you will need a UltraStudio HD Mini or Ultrastudio 4K series product to support this camera.
ANother alternative would be a Decimator MD-HX to downconvert the HDMI signal to a lower resolution / framerate.
Your intensity does support 1080i50/50 or 1080P25/30
