Intensity Shuttle Thunderbolt not recognized

Hi I have Intensity Shuttle for Thunderbolt and my Mac is not recognizing it. I already installed the drivers that were included and i downloaded the new ones, but still the computer doesn't recognize it. Does anyone have any advice?

Check to be sure there is an actual Thunderbolt port on the computer(Mini Displayports are the same connection type) and test a different cable to check these aren't the issues.
