ATEM Television Studio HD is not recognized for Streaming

Dear Srs, We are with an ATEM Television Studio HD and we did not get the driver that allows to transmit in Wirecast or OBS or ....
Anyone know what's happening?

The USB is for firmware update only, yiu will need something like a Web Presenter or a video capture card to stream from the ATEM HD.
