HDMI capture on Windows PC?

I want to capture video/audio from the HDMI output on my Panasonic AG-AC130P video camera to the hard drive on my new laptop, which has a Thunderbird 3.0 input. Is this possible with your UltraStudio Mini Recorder and Media Express software?

If not, can you suggest an alternative?

I videotape legal depositions and want to capture video/audio real time (as a back up to my in-camera memory card capture).

Yes it is but you will need a Thunderbolt 3 to Thunderbolt 2 adapter for the Mini Recorder. The Apple adapter works great with Mac computers but I had some trouble with it on certain PC’s. I use a Startech adapter for PC use.
