Keyboard shortcuts / Snapshot while recording

Hello,

I recently got 2 blackmagic intensity pro cards for a project to replace an avermedia live HD.

Goal is to start and stop recording and taking screenshots underways using external buttons like xkeys.com

So far everything is set up, but i stumble on 2 major issues with MediaExpress:

1. I cannot find the keyboard shortcut to STOP recording. (Its not in the file menu) :?
2. I cannot figure out how to make a snapshot WHILE recording. (no snapshot is created when pressing snapshot button) :?

I am used having this basic functions in all other (both cheaper and more expensive) hardware. :o
Is there another software which provides the needed functionality, if mediaEpress does not?
I hope somehow can point me to the solution for these 2 issues.

Thank you

Ok, I found now, how to stop recording. Its ESC (it would be nice to list that in the menu!)

Now there is left how to make a snapshot during recording.

How can one do that? It doesnt seem to work. But its a basic functionality and there must be some way.

Anyone?
