DeckLink HD Extreme 2 - Which version of Desktop Video?

Hi, I bought a used DeckLink HD Extreme 2. Running Windows 10. Installed Desktop Video 10.9.10.

"Desktop Video Setup" recognizes the card and allows me to change settings, etc. When I open "Media Express" and go to "Log & Capture" I get a black screen no matter which inputs I try (HDMI, component, etc).

Am I missing something? Does 10.9.10 support these older cards? From what I've seen in google/youtube I should be getting a video preview in Media Express? Is there a setting I'm missing? Or a way to run a diagnostic on the card?

Any help is greatly appreciated. I've spent a couple hours trying different sources with no luck.

If it helps anyone, I uninstalled 10.9.10 and installed an older version from 2015 - 10.4.3 - and everything works as it should.
