Camera settings without Video Assist

We used to update our "Blackmagic Micro Studio Camera 4K" settings via the "Blackmagic Video Assist" device. We do NOT have it in our possession anymore and we would like to update the incoming resolution and frame rate feed from the camera.

How can we do that without the video assist device?

I tried using HDMI to a monitor but that didn't work. I have "MediaExpress" displaying the video feed but pressing menu from the camera does not show the "menu" options onto the video.

Any ideas how I can change the camera RES and FPS?

I plugged it in to a newer monitor and I was able to view the feed and set the settings through there. I can change the menu without Video Assist now.
