Blackmagic Ultrastudio Mini Recorder

After I plugged in my Mac OS for the first time, it shown no video capture device detected, something like that but the LED light on my device is on. Then out of nowhere, the software asked me to update and I clicked but I accidentally loose my thunderbolt's cable at the moment and the LED light is no longer on again. I went to check my thunderbolt is working not, I saw it is connected with the device I mentioned above but I tried to launch Desktop Video Setup, nothing happened I also checked my HDMI cable, it is working fine and I really struggle to figure out what is going on. Hopefully I can receive replies from admin asap, thank you very much

Sounds like the product could have been bricked from losing connection while updating. Contact your regions support office to see what can be done for you.
