Just upgraded to an iMac from a mini. and Media Express will not recognize the UltraStudio. Running 10.13.3 with 3.8GHz core i5 16GBRAM. UltraStudio connected via Apple Thunderbolt 3 (USBC) to thunderbolt 2 adapter. The UltraStudio shows in the About This Mac system report but not in Media Express or Wirecast, no devices detected. Installed the latest Desktop Video from BM.

I am facing same issue with Decklink Quad 2 after update to Desktop Video 10.9.10
