Intensity Pro - No Audio - Line in Currently Unavailable

Good Day all,

So, I am trying to use the Intensity Pro, but I can not get audio to come through. I tried to install different versions of the black magic desktop video software, adjusted settings in the software and on my ps4, not nothing. Video works fine.

Another thing I noticed, is that in the audio settings, the Line In Blackmagic Audio is "currently unavailable", and I cant seem to do anything about this. Photo attached.

Does anyone have a solution or advice for what is going on? Been tinkering all day, browsing forums, but can't seem to figure it out.

HDMI will carry the audio if you have this set on the PS4. When you open Media Express, if the audio is carrying through the HDMI connection, you'll see the audio meters moving when in the Log and Capture tab.
