Any advice for the Windows 10 Pro for Workstations? In fact I think this is an Win10 Pro addon named "Fall Creators"

Sounds like the system using well the hardware ressource but is worth if we don't have terabytes of RAM?
Is Win10 Pro 64x enough for modest configurations?
Thanks.

I recommend the "Fall Creators Update" version 1709, is lighter, faster and uses less resources in comparison with the Creators Update.
To take benefits from it, you need to do a fresh install. Upgrade it if its the case, activate it, than do a clean install.

what you are talking about are system updates, they happen all the time in the background, usually once a week.

Every so often they have a big update like the "Fall Creators Update" and those they usually announce ahead of time, as they have new features that they feel are important.

For now I don't work with Windows 10, so I cannot talk from experience. In various forums, they have mixed feelings and experiences with this Fall Creators Update. Some have trouble with it, like any Windows components it seems (in my 20 years with it, I saw many things going wrong).
The most important is to have a stable reliable efficient system so if there is a doubt, I stay away until it gets better.

The last "Fall Creators Update" are pretty stable, I have no issues with it if you installed as I've mentioned and not from a update. The main issues I've noticed with close friends cam from the update, not from the clean install.

You can get it from the Microsoft Site, use a Linux OS to get the link for ISO download instead of the download tool.

OK but, is it working well? Meaning, is it improving performances?
