I have a Macbook pro mid 2012 and I just bought an intense usb 3.0. The program doesn't recognize it. I tried the CSRUTIL DISABLE but it still doesn't work. I have uninstalled and reinstalled without results.

Os: High Sierra

Any help?

You probably have to authorize Blackmagic as a developer in your 'Security & Privacy' settings (In the System Preferences). You will only be able to authorize it within 30 minutes of installing Desktop Video. If it's been more than 30 minutes, you will not be able to authorize it and you have to reinstall Desktop Video. Feel free to shoot us an email at support-usa@blackmagicdesign.com if you need further assistance.
