How & In Which Slot of DeckLinkDuo2 Connect PTZOptics Camera

I am totally new to whole computers and got my DeckLinkDuo2 that I connected to PC using PCIeXpress slot

Now all I need is to connect my PTZOptics Camera as input device so I can record

How do I test that this is working fine on PC before I start using this in another application VMix as input device

Once you have the Desktop Video software installed, you can test the card using our Blackmagic Media Express application. Make sure to access the 'Devices' list on the Media Express toolbar to select what SDI port you wish to use. You can then click on the 'Log and Capture' tab to view and record the signal.
