URGENT: Decklink 4K xtreme 12G is not detected in server

I have recently bought a Decklink 4K xtreme 12G but it is not detected in my server even though my server meets the minimum system requirements. I have also tried the latest Desktop video software.
The Decklink 4K xtreme 12G is also not detected in the device manager.

Urgent help!! Without specification about your hardware, Operating System, Other cards in your server, What slot is it placed in?? etc we can't help at all..
