URGENT: HDMI to SDI audio problem

I have the HDMI to SDI 4K converter but an unable to get audio from the HDMI camera source thru the SDI side. I'v played with all the dip switches, power cycled the unit with no result. It's got to be something simple, but I'm missing it.

I do not have the ability to connect it to a PC and use the USB configuration - I'm at an event and need to get this working. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Yes, can hear audio in the camera headphones and when I connect the HDMI to a TV. Once I plug into the converter the sound is gone on the SDI.

Which camera are you trying to use, and how is the audio embedded in the stream, PCM or?

Make sure the audio is actually set for PCM and not ACC, which will not pass through the Mini Converter.
Also audio sampling rate needs to be the Television standard sample rate of 48 kHz and 24 bit.
Cheers

PCM audio should work, but it needs to be 24-bit at 48Hz sampling rate.
