Hello together,
I just bought an Decklink Mini Rekorder to capture and have some questions and some issues with it.
First I wanna explain what I will do with it.
I use it for capturing the gameplay on an IPad Air2.
I have two possibilities to do it:
- I have a lightining to HDMI Adapter (org. Apple)
- I have an AppleTV so I can use it over Airplay
Before I had an Avermedia LGP, it also could capture with only 1080p30 max, but I had some issues with the USB Bus, and the quality was not so good as I want it

So I try the MiniRecorder.
So now the MiniRecorder better to say the BlackMagic Media Express gives me a picture when I select 720p60, also OBS gives me a picture with these settings. With the LGP I could select 1080P30.
For testing I use a scaler who gives me an output of 1080P30 an shows me an input resolution of 1080P60 (or 1080P50 in case what I select)
The bigger issue is, that the sound is delayed. I would say round about 300 - 500 ms

And it comes from the BM card, the input signal is in sync.
Also if I try to start LiveKey I get an error 1 (DirectSHow could not be properly initialized, LiveKey will exit)
Also there are two entries who show me OBS and for example VLC.
- BlackMagic WDM Capture
- Decklink Video Capture
Both I could not select, ok I can select it but I get an black image.
So can someone lead me thrue Settings, examples whatever I have to do, that I get a prper Signal in.
