DeckLink 4k Extreme 12G no Sound

I am currently trying to get sound on CentOS 7 through my DeckLink 4k Extreme 12 G. The card is recognized inside Da Vinci Resolve, but not inside the Systemconfiguration for Sound (see attached picture). However even if it is selected inside Da Vinci Resolve there is no Sound Output. I have already installed the newest drivers several times.
