HELP ! can't get files moved from Sandisk to computer

I have a hyperdeck mini.. I have recorded and it will replay on the hyperdeck. I am not able to get it transferred to my computer.
Do I need special software? I am not able to find a free download of DaVince Resolve.

What computer are you using? If a Mac, you can get the free Resolve from thr Apple Application site.
