DeckLink Studio 4k not detected by Desktop Video 10.9.12

Hi!
I have a DeckLink Studio 4k which is working perfectly with Desktop Video 10.7.2, same from it's original driver in the box or downloaded.
Whatever I do a fresh install or an update, the 10.9.12 version does not detect the card.
When reinstaling the 10.7.2 it's working good again. The firmare is updated.
Any solution for updating Desktop Video please?

I'm using Win 10 x64.

Same issue with 10.10 new version of Desktop Video, no device detected.
And working good again back with the 10.7.2 version.

Is it "normal" or will it be fixed?

Yes, updated win 10 pro x64 to 1803 2 weeks ago, neither worked with past 1709.

We were unable to replicate this issue here. That said, we'd suggest contacting the support office in your region via email and let's see what we can do for you.

Look: I've installed all the Desktop Video one by one from my original 10.7.2 to the last one 10.10.10, each time uninstalling, rebooting, fresh installing and rebooting.
I let you my report:
10.7.2: OK
10.8.0: OK
10.8.1: OK
10.8.2: OK
10.8.3: OK
10.8.5: OK
10.8.6: OK (It also updated the Firmware)
10.9.0: OK
10.9.3: OK
10.9.4: OK
10.9.5: OK (It also updated the Firmware)
10.9.7: Card Not Detected
10.9.10: Card Not Detected
10.9.12: Card Not Detected
10.10.10: Card Not Detected

Any idea why it's not working from 10.9.7?
Must I update something else?
I have an AMD W7000 video card with updated drivers, any issue with it?

Any other DeckLink Studio 4k users who have the same issue?

As mentioned previously, we're unable to replicate that on our computers here and we have a Windows 10 system on the latest update for both the OS and on our Desktop Video 10.10. Do you have another Windows 10 system you can test this on as this hasn't been something we're able to replicate here. This would help establish what the issue is: either with the computer or card.

Well, I don't have any other desktop computer arround, just laptops, but I'll try to figure out where it's coming from by trying the latest Desktop Video when I'll get any other update from Windows, any other app or driver. Thanks!

I'm facing exactly the same issue with Intensity Pro 4K. Drivers were properly installed but Desktop Video Setup just wouldn't see it. The latest 10.10 drivers is still a no-go.

I experienced the same as this, and wanted to document that 10.9.5 worked.
But as soon as I went to 10.9.7, it started failing.
So much like the list of drivers before.
This was with a Decklink SDI 4k.


With my Intensity pro, I was able to install 10.9.5, and then step by step work up to 10.11, and it still worked.
