Intensity Shuttle USB3 Windows 10 Pro Not detected

After I purchased the product, there is a "Software and Manual" SD card but i can't access it with 3 different PC. Then I download the Desktop Video 10.10, installed, rebooted the laptop, plugin the USB3 but nothing happened. I opened Desktop Video Setup but it said, "No Desktop Video Device Detected". My laptop is Microsoft Surface Book with Windows 10. Under "Control Panel\Hardware and Sound\Devices and Printers", I can see Intensity Shuttle is listed under the "Unspecified" section. Any help? Thanks.

I have just purchased an Intensity Shuttle and have the exactly the same problem on my Windows 10 equipped ACER laptop. Very frustrating.

Both of these issues could be based on the power settings. Typically, laptops are set to power saving which will not detect the device properly. You'll want to change the this to high performance and test the connection again. If this is still not showing up under Desktop Video Setup, try a different USB3.0 cable.

Mine stopped working as well. Exact same issue.
