I apologize, it's true: the operating system is high Sierra 10.13.4
and the source is a mini DV camera.
then from mini dv (through composite), it passes to thunderbolt.
already tried to uninstall and reinstall three times, of which only once
(in security and privacy), allowed me to click the consent to
recognize the program; the other two coats did not give me the same chance.
moreover, it does not recognize the video, ie you see the blue screen, and you can also see the audio track, but it does not come out of the speakers ...
thanks for the attention turned me.

Do you have another source to test with? Also, can you confirm you see the Intensity Shuttle in the Desktop Video setup as well as in the devices menu in the Media Express software?

Hi Ken, can you output a menu screen from the camera to the composite output of the camera ?
will this be visible ?
notice also, the output resolution, frame rate, i/p from the composite out must be identical set in your software settings, in the Desktop Video Setup, and Media Express or your other capture program(s).
To be able to see any capture in Media Express you need to select the red capture tab, at startup it defauts to the green plaback tab.
