Video Assist 4K

PostTue Jun 19, 2018 9:09 am

Hi,

We've a bunch of videoAssist 4K monitors and I would like to encode a video to play on these. I've checked the recordings and they are:

Type:Video
Codec: Apple ProRes (acpn)
Language: English
Resolution:1920x1088
Display Resolution: 1920x1080
Frame rate: 25
Decoded format: Planar 4:2:2 YUV 10-bit LE

Audio Codec: PCM S24 LE (in24)
Channels: Stereo
Sample rate: 48000 Hz
Bits per sample: 32

I've recreated these settings in Adobe Media Encoder and named the file along similar lines to the files that get recorded on the VideoAssist. Can't play this file actually on the VideoAssist.

Any ideas.

Thanks

Ian
