I'm a beginner at Black Magic Converters but not PC illiterate, it seems to be connected the correct way, power on and HDMI connected to the camera OK, Decklink Duo 2 fitted and OBS sees it OK, the Decklink software installed, SDI cable to the Decklink Duo 2 hooked up, I tried a few different cables, the converter software is installed but the desktop Converters Set Up page keeps saying 'No Converters found', I seem to be missing something here.

I want to fill in everyone as to where I am, there is no longer any issue with the convertors as I have worked all that out, I have updated them and understand better how they hook up and I do get a picture in Vmix so card and convertors are all OK, do comment on this if you want to but I will start a new thread regarding the real problem I have.
