Hyperdeck Pro LCD OFF

I have a problem with Hyperdeck Pro recorder, I able to connect it via USB cable and able to change the video format in recording, but the LCD is off and I can't able to see anything.

I try to shutdown it many times but the problem still occurs, and the front LCD still off.

Did anyone saw this error before?
if yes, could you please help me to solve it?

I have repaired on with same problem (it was out of warranty) small plastic clip had fallen off that holds the ribbon cable to the back of the display. Realy fiddly to get it back on but a relativly simple fix.
If it is under warranty, send it back for repair.
