My setup:

Windows 10
Intensity Pro 4k
Cameras tested: Nikon D850 & Nikon D800
Latest firmware on camera/card/windows
Audio from my pc i get thru my mixer Yamaha MG12XU

What i did:

- changed the cable
- reinstalling all drivers
- tested on TV and i get and audio and video fine

Symptoms:

I get video on Express but i didn't get any audio. On my Sound settings i have an error (see attach)

Still no solution, i think it's something about audio settings.

My audio setup: i have a mixer Yamaha MG12XU connected via USB on my pc and all my sound from PC is routed thru mixer where i have my headphones. About audio i didn't get any audio captured from DSLR, i get video but audio is muted.

Sound i want to be recieved by my recording software and to be hear in headphones, wich are in my mixer.

I think it's an audio settings problem
