Ultramini studio not working with Sony a7iii

Hi,i been trying to setup my camera with the ultra studio mini recorder and I have a Sony a7iii I have try different cables and settings but I just can't get any video feed, any suggestions?

You should have installed Desktop Video Setup, 1st of all to select one of the two inputs, and then set the resolution and frame rate your camera is putting out, Media Express should also be setup correctly.
