Decklink 4K

Can the decklink 4K output both a fill and key channel simultaneously at 4K resolutions?

If not; can it do internal keying of a 4k framebuffer over a 4K input?

is there some one who can help me about how to install the Decklink 4K on PC,

we already installed the sotfware control the card is found but can not catch the video signal,

another thing, on thi boards there is mini USB port, need to be conected to the computer? if so where is the usb driver for this
