boot error when installing Intensity Pro 4k

Installing an Intensity Pro 4k card in a freshly imaged (Win 10) Dell 3620. Works fine before I install card, after I install card it gets a "B1 Initialize library 0X00000bb" error. Pull card and machine again boots fine.
Any ideas?

is your pc overclocked ? you might want to set the BIOS boot setting to "legacy" or switch pc cards slot places, if possible.

Turns out to be a BIOS issue. Updated BIOS and boots like a champ
