Mini Converter UpDownCross HD

Hi,

I am using Sony HD consumer grade camera with output 1080p 60fps....will Mini Converter UpDownCross HD give an output of 1080p 50fps ?

i googled the BMD website for it

Also some cameras have a "hack" (button combination) to switch from NTSC to PAL or visa versa, i did that on my Panasonic Lumix G7 because I had the EU version, which means you switch between 25 fps or 50 fps.
now, with the hack i can switch to 30 and 60 fps, which is more common, only you have to keep in mind when you're shooting inside with artificial light, because of the mains AC frequency, you might see "banding" or the pulsating, which you only see in the monitor/electrical viewfinder.
But you can adjust the shutter speed for that.
