Hyperdeck Shuttle 2 don't read in HDMI output

Hello to you. I need help. I use a Hyperdeck Shuttle 2 blackmagic to record my videos but I can not read the videos record from the HDMI output Hyperdeck Shuttle 2. I change the cables the problem is not at the level of cables . help me. thank you

Input > output correct ? be aware you have to set exactly the specs of your source in the software settings,
like resolution, frame rate, color space, interlaced or progressive,
Also know the limits of the devices, length of cables, (not too long HDMI cables) where distance is needed use a DSI connection (with converters)
