Intensity Thunderbolt I/O problem

PostSat Aug 25, 2018 2:18 am

I'm probably missing something out here, but here's my problem.

I'm at a friends suite, he has a working SP Betacam machine, from which I want to digitise some video tapes.
I've got my 13" laptop MacBook Pro, with USB-C inputs, I have a thunderbolt adapter. I have installed the latest Media Express desktop video software. But I now need to set up the Intensity inputs, but that other bit of software that allows you to do that doesn't pop up!

What else do I need to download to fix that?

I'm all setup and ready to go and hoping to get this done today! 26/8/18

CAN ANYONE HELP?

Cheers JAS

You should have brought also the device software from BMD with you, (SD/CD) and installed it.
Then goto Launch Pad > System Prefferences > Desktop Video Setup/Utility (BMD)
Intensity Shuttle, ATEM Mini, Video Assist 5"(mini USB), Hyperdeck ShuttleHD,Analog to SDI mini-converter, software: Davinci Resolve 15 on Sierra, Resolve 18 on Catalina. (Using Apple OS 32 & 64 bit on different MacBook Pro's
