Intensity Pro 4k & Asus ROG STRIX X399-E Gaming (drivers?)

Hello, I just upgraded my motherboard to the ASUS ROG STRIX and just realized that the board and my capture card are incompatible, probably due to no driver support. I am wondering if there is a fix that I missed somewhere? I tried installing the latest drivers and changing the PCIE slots multiple times. I reinstalled the boards drivers and updated the bios. I really do not want to change to another brand of Capture card for recording off my PS4. The fan on the capture card doesnt even spin.
