No desktop video device detected

Hi,
I have BlackMagic Intensity Shuttle USB 3.0 device connected to my HP Spectre Notebook on USB 3.0. The device is getting detected in Device Manager, but when I open Desktop Video Setup, it shows "No desktop video device detected". I have installed latest version of the software (10.11.2). I am running Windows 10 (10.0.17134.285) version on my machine. Please help.

I have the same problem but with an Intensity Pro 4K board.
Windows 10 Pro 64bit detects it fine, but the Desktop Video configuration program says the opposite.

Maybe it´s a driver problem?
Hope this could be solved soon.

@Ehsan,
Your laptop might be not working due too not supported USB3 hardware.. This is a huge problem with the USB3 capture devices from BMD. Read the manual to see if your hardware is supported..
