Hi there
Just set up a new audio and grading workspace on a iMac Pro with OS X 10.13.6. We are using an ultrastudio 4K for video playback within Pro Tools 2018.7. After installing, uninstalling an reinstalling Desktop Video 10.11.2 I managed to let Pro Tools recognize the US4K. I can toggle the framerate 25/50fps within Pro Tools and see the BM Desktop Video Setup follow these framerates.
But... - ...BM Desktop Video Setup always detects 3D instead of simple 1080p. US4K then feeds 3D on it's hdmi out, too. There seems to be a incompatibility between Pro Tools 2018.7 and BM Desktop Video Setup 10.11.2. I don't see a way to disable 3D in the BM Desktop Video Setup, unfortunately. BTW: Playback from Media Express works fine, no 3D detected there.
Anyone who has similar troubles? Any advice highly appreciated.
