Intensity Shuttle with Mac OS High Sierra - NO REMOTE status

I installed on my Mac Book Pro (late 2011 with High Sierra 10.13.6) the last driver Blackmagic Desktop Video 10.11.2; Desktop Video Setup recognizes the Intensity Shuttle device via Thunderbolt but running Media Express (3.5.6) I can’t preview or capture the mini DV camera plugged in (NO REMOTE status).
Any suggestions ?
