These may seem dumb questions but not having done videos before can you make still images with or from the Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 4K and also can you use any MFT lens with it

Yes you can get still frames, but they are 10Mp capatures in DNG Raw, no JPEG.
Yes, most MFT lenses will work. That said, some work better than others.
