BLACK MAGIC HYPER DECK FILES AUDIO DISAPPEARS ON FILE TRANSF

PostSun Oct 14, 2018 3:31 pm

When I am transferring files off of my hyper deck on to my mac the audio disappears. When I played back the file originally on the hyper deck it worked fine. Now when I go back and try to play the file off of the hyper deck the audio isn't there either now. All I did was drag and drop the files from the SSD drive that was in the hyper deck to my mac. Is the audio in a different format, or did it get compressed or something. This is for a very special event and I need to get that audio. Please help!
