Noisy Decklink Duo 2

Hello.

Built a nice live production PC with gtx 1080, i7 and more.
My PC is super quiet except my !!NEW!! Decklink Duo 2's FAN.
1. The fan noise is very loud.
2. The Fan power is inconsistent.

What can i do?
Is it only my card?

Probably a bad fan, try contacting support. I've never had any of the modern cards be particularly loud.
