Intensity Pro - greyed out analog audio

Hello all, I'm having trouble with a Intensity Pro card I recently purchased. I am trying to transfer VHS to digital and have everything I need, but I am unable to copy any analog audio from the RCA jacks. I can get the video just fine as pictured but the audio is greyed out. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

I'm not sure what version of DTV you have installed on your computer but I know that is not the current release as I do not see the same setup options. you may want to update the drivers from the support page and see what options are available with that update.

I am still running Mavericks 10.9.5 for some other software on my computer and I believe I am on the latest release I can run. I will double check though.

If i look at the picture. Above the sliders is the text Analog Audio Output Levels!! So these sliders have nothing to do with audio input while capturing

Hit the About tab and tell us which version of Dektop video you are running?

Shouldn't "Line input" be selected instead of "Blackmagic Audio" ?
Isn't Blackmagic Audio from an HDMI input in this case ?
