Ultra Studio MR not working on OSX Mojave. No video signal!

After OSX update my Ultrastudio Mini Recorder isn't sending video to my Macbook Pro.

I can see device in Desktop Video Setup. But nothing in Media Express. Only black screen.
The strange thing is that sometimes video can be seen in Quick Time. And after few second video disappears.
And then you need to restart computer to see video in QT again.

I have tried everything from reinstall BM drivers, different BM driver versions, updating MR firmware, changed few HDMI cables, tested all settings on camera, used different software (Wirecast, QuickTime recording ..just name it

Any suggestion?
Is this OSX problem or something with MB drivers?

Video source: Sony HXR - NX80
MBP 2014 i7,
16 GB Ram,
OSX 10.14.2 (18C54) (Mojave Sierra),
Desktop Video 10.11.4
Media Express 3.5.7

I have exactly the same problem with my intensity shuttle SUB 3 with my macbook air 2013 running Mojave. The device works perfectly well on mac pro 2010 running high sierra.

I have the same problem. no video. QT sees the device but when i select it i get black. Scopebox does the same thing.
