view Assist 4k can't see SD card.

PostTue Dec 11, 2018 5:11 am

I ordered a view assist 4K from BH photo along with 3 SanDisk 64GB Extreme Pro cards since they were listed as officially being supported.

From the factory, the live assist could not see any of the cards. I formatted two of them in my Canon 5DmkIV and now the live assist can see one of them, but not the other. Linux can see all three cards, as can Windows. What gives? Why is the live assist blind to two of them? When inserted, it says "loading" and then tells me there is no card inserted.

please help.

This is a known issue, see: viewtopic.php?f=2&t=80355
Some new V30 Sandisk SD cards are not working with BM equipment.
